Sigma Systems, Tech Mahindra to Launch Connected Car Service Subscription for Un-Named Global Automaker

Sigma Systems and Tech Mahindra today announced the launch of a connected car service subscription management platform. They claim it will be an “integral part” of a global automobile manufacturer’s connected car services program.

The software will control the automaker’s consumer digital “experience on new connectivity services” while being mobile network agnostic. The platform – it’s claimed – will provide life-cycle running of connected car services and subscriptions, manage roaming scenarios and control data consumption.

In this presumably moneymaking deal, Tech Mahindra has partnered with Sigma Systems, a provider of catalog-driven (create-sell-deliver) software. The service subscription management is claimed to be a fully automated and cloud based. Sigma has offices in North and South America, Europe and Asia Pacific, with technology and integration partners globally.
